Sending Tracings, Originals or Other Packages
When sending your original pick guard or a tracing or anything else, PLEASE include the following with your shipment. If any of this information is not included then it may result in delays in processing your order.
INCLUDE:
Name
Address
Phone Number
Email
A copy of our email correspondence if you have it.
What you want done - for example.
What material color you want your pick guard or project made out of.
What pickup configuration you want
What control configuration you want.
Mark the beveled edges on the tracing. If this is not included then we will use our best judgment as to what areas are to be beveld.
We DO NOT accept tracings that you scan and send by email as a JPG or PDF or any other format.
We DO NOT accept photocopies or scans that have been printed out.
We DO NOT accept drawing or tracings by FAX..
We only accept tracings by regular mail.
Alternately, you can send Vector based Digital files in the following formats, Corel Drea X4 (preferred), Adobe Illustrator .ai or .pdf version CS3 or earlier and sometimes Autocad .dxf.
