When shipping your original Pick Guard to Terrapin Guitars for duplication you should ship it in a box. You can get a free Priority Mail box from the post office and ship it Priority Mail or ship it first class mail by using any other box of your preference.
It's best if you don't send it it an envelope unless you have taped the pick guard to a piece of rigid cardboard first. Often times we get a package in the mail and the pick guard is sticking out of the envelope. What happens is that the sharp edges of the pick guard tend to cut through the envelope.
