Pickup Ring Adapter for 72 Tele® Wide Range Humbucker Pickup slot.

This one adapts the Wide Range Humbucker Slot to fit a Tele® Neck Single Coil. What I call the S1 style. This adapter plate utilizes 4 mounting holes which will require drilling into the pick guard below and possibly the guitar as well if there is not enough clearance in the body cavity route. The red line in the image indicates the original Wide Range Humbucker cut.
